Payment & digital delivery

Product and price

You purchase a File Recovery Hero license for the main version described at purchase, valid for ten years from confirmed payment. Activating later does not extend the term. The total price is a one-time €50.00. No subscription or automatic renewal. The final total and included taxes are shown in Stripe Checkout before you order.

Payment methods

The available payment methods depend on country, device and Stripe configuration and are displayed in checkout. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe. File Recovery Hero does not receive complete map information.

Digital delivery

The installation files for macOS and Windows can be downloaded via the website. After successful payment confirmation, the license server generates a personal key and sends it to the email address specified in checkout. For delayed payment methods, shipping will only take place when Stripe confirms the payment as successful.

Activation and devices

The license key unlocks File Recovery Hero online and can be used on two devices by default. Activation requires internet access. Scans and media files remain local to your computer.

Invoice and contract confirmation

We email your license key and order confirmation. Link provides the payment receipt separately. The license email is not a tax invoice. Link support handles payment or refund questions. File Recovery Hero does not offer voluntary technical support. Our contact address remains available for missing license delivery or to exercise statutory rights.

Problems with delivery

Check spam folders and the email address entered during checkout. If the license key does not arrive after confirmed payment, write to us with the Stripe receipt number info@file-recovery-hero.com. Do not share complete payment details via email.
